THE WORD OF GOD ON THE LIPS OF FAITH CREATES ANY MIRACLE.
God is one with His word. The Prevailing Power Of The Word. The word of God is God speaking to you. What the word says is what God says. Just from Exodus to Deuteronomy alone, you will come across "Thus saith the Lord" over 2000 times. God is one with His word. When the word says, "I am the Lord that healeth thee". It is God saying exactly that. Just as you can¬not separate your word from you, so God and His word are one.
''In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. " John 1:1
Jesus is that word. He is the living word. The Bible you carry is the written expression of Jesus.
''In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God.
All things were made by him; and without him was not anything made that was made.
In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not." John 1:1-5
The word is living. The word is active. The word is creative. Nothing was made outside the word, so every¬thing can be made by the word.
The word of God is living and powerful. It is by the living word of God you can prevail over every darkness.
"In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. " John 1:4-5
Since God cannot, change, His word cannot change. Everything that is not working is darkness. Sickness is darkness. Barrenness is darkness. Migraine is dark¬less. Frustration and depression represent darkness.
THE LIVING WORD ON YOUR LIPS
When you pick the living word on your lips, against any area of darkness tormenting you, you stir up Jesus in that area of your life. The power of the living word prevails over darkness. So you must not only stay close to the living word, you must keep that written word on your lips so as to stir up the living word (even Jesus) into action. He is quick. He is powerful.
"For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart." Hebrews 4:12
Encounter with the word is encounter with Jesus. As you encounter Jesus through His written word, you encounter power. This power will help you to scrutinize¬ your thought and your motives. The word sheds light even on your intentions for say¬ing what you are saying, or doing what you are doing.
What is your motive of effecting or resisting changes? Why did you say what you said? Why did you do what you did?
ENCOUNTER THE WORD AND ENCOUNTER REAL POWER
When you pick scriptures on your lips in prayers God is moving into action on your behalf.
